Onah Beinonit
Onah Beinonit is one of the common Onot Perishah when there is no established Veset Kavua. A common baseline is the thirtieth day from the start of the Re'iyah, while practices can differ regarding the exact Onah observed.
How is it counted?
The day on which the Re'iyah begins is counted as day 1. The thirtieth day is calculated from that starting point.
Which Onah is observed?
A common practice is to observe the same Onah in which the Re'iyah began - daytime or nighttime. Some Minhagim or stringencies also take day 31 into account or observe the full Halachic day.
How does TaharaSmart handle differences?
TaharaSmart does not assume that every user follows the same setting. The calculation uses the selected supported Minhag profile and personal settings, and the calendar presents the resulting date and Onah accordingly.
