Shivah Nekiyim

Shivah Nekiyim are seven consecutive days that begin after a valid Hefsek Taharah. An organized calendar helps show where each day falls in the sequence and what comes next.

When is day 1?

Day 1 is the Halachic day following the accepted Hefsek Taharah. The sequence advances according to the Hebrew calendar rather than by adding arbitrary 24-hour blocks to a civil date.

What happens if something is recorded during the count?

Not every note or recorded event automatically invalidates the sequence. When additional information or explicit confirmation is required, the system does not independently assume that the count has been invalidated. Actual Halachic questions may require guidance.
