Consumer health data policy — Nevada
Current service status: paid subscriptions, billing, trial activation, referral credits and Email/SMS delivery are not yet active. The provisions about them apply when those services are offered and activated; they do not authorise a purchase or charge. Your statutory rights remain protected.
Contents
1. Scope and operator
This policy applies to consumer health data processing in TaharaSmart when Nevada’s NRS 603A.400 and following provisions apply. Operator: יהלום זקס. Requests and rights: contact@taharasmart.com and the website’s data rights centre.
2. Information, sources and processing methods
Information may include calendar events and dates with bodily, sexual or reproductive aspects; personal circumstances entered; notes and service enquiries containing such information; calculations and inferences derived from it; and related account or usage information. Precise location will be treated as health data where the statutory definition applies.
Information comes from the user, authentication details, the device during a requested action and calculation-engine results. We do not purchase health data from advertising parties or data brokers. Processing includes receipt, storage, organisation, automatic rule-based calculation, account display, reminder scheduling and enquiry investigation by authorised parties.
Purposes are the requested calendar service, retention of history and settings, user-selected reminders, correction of defects and processing security. We do not use the information for sale, targeted advertising or model training, and do not conduct geofence-based tracking around health service providers.
3. Disclosure and recipients
Account and calendar information is processed by hosting and database providers for the service. Recipient details and limited messages are processed by email and SMS delivery providers on request; coordinates are disclosed to a location lookup service following an express action; and enquiry content may be seen by authorised support personnel. Payment providers process transaction details, not calendar content for payment processing.
Recipient categories include processors acting on our behalf, independent authentication and location services, and parties to whom disclosure is expressly required or permitted by law. Information is not disclosed to advertisers for tracking over time and across websites.
4. Consent and choice
We will collect and share information only as necessary for the service requested or with specific consent where required. Sharing consent, where needed, will be requested separately from collection consent and will identify the information type, purpose, recipient categories and method of withdrawing consent. General service terms do not replace that consent.
5. Access, correction, withdrawal and deletion
You may request information about collection, sharing or sale, access to information and the list of relevant recipients, cessation of consent-based collection or sharing, and deletion. You can correct events and settings through the interface or request review of a correction through the privacy email. No new account is required to submit a request.
We will perform reasonable verification and act without undue delay. Generally, requests will receive a response within 45 days of verification, with a one-time extension as permitted by law and reasoned notice. Requests to delete health data will be handled in active systems within 30 days of verification, with instructions sent to recipients required to act. Backups will be handled according to the cycle in the Privacy Policy and no later than the applicable legal limit; they will not be used routinely after a deletion request.
We will charge a fee only where and to the extent legally permitted and will not unlawfully discriminate against a user for exercising a right.
6. Appeals and changes
You may appeal a refusal through the data rights centre or by email to contact@taharasmart.com, indicating “Privacy request appeal”. Within 45 days of receiving the appeal, we will provide a written response, reasons and contact details for the Nevada Attorney General where we have not fulfilled the request.
Material policy changes will be communicated through the account or email before new processing starts where required, and further consent will be requested where legally necessary. The effective and updated dates appear at the top of the page.
