Cookies and local storage
Current service status: paid subscriptions, billing, trial activation, referral credits and Email/SMS delivery are not yet active. The provisions about them apply when those services are offered and activated; they do not authorise a purchase or charge. Your statutory rights remain protected.
1. Why information is stored on your device
TaharaSmart uses Cookies and limited storage mechanisms to enable authentication, security and proper operation, and to remember selected preferences. A Cookie is a small piece of information stored in the browser; local storage and temporary browser-tab memory are different mechanisms with different lifetimes.
2. Operational mechanisms
Sign-in and security: Cookies for sign-in, sessions and safeguards such as prevention of forged requests. Some are temporary; a sign-in session may remain valid for up to 30 days and be renewed through the authentication mechanism. Signing out or revoking a connection ends use of the session in accordance with the security mechanism.
Display preferences: Your colour-theme preference remains on the device until changed or storage is cleared. Your account language preference is stored in your account if you choose to save it; it is not an advertising profile.
Installation and coordination between tabs: Limited state information is stored to offer installation and avoid repeated prompts, together with technical markers coordinating sign-in or preference changes. Coordination markers are not intended to store calendar content, passwords or personal identification details.
Temporary memory: Screen data, the selected day and drafts may reside in browser-tab memory during use. This does not mean the system supports offline operation or stores a permanent calendar copy on your device. Switching identities activates removal and renewed authorisation checks.
3. Advertising and tracking
In this configuration we do not use Cookies for behavioural advertising, advertising pixels, session recording or user identification across different websites. A Do Not Track signal does not change any cross-site advertising activity by us, because we do not conduct such activity. Where the law gives effect to another recognised privacy signal, we will honour it for the relevant processing.
If non-essential technologies are added, we will provide appropriate information and obtain consent before activating them where required. Refusing optional mechanisms will not prevent access to a service that does not depend on them. The absence of a Cookie banner is not consent to advertising.
4. Google and external services
When you choose to navigate to Google or an external payment page, that service may place Cookies under its own policy. This does not authorise transmission of calendar content to it. Provider information appears in the Privacy Policy and Service Providers page.
5. Control and deletion
You can delete Cookies and site data in your browser settings and change preferences in the application. Blocking essential authentication or security mechanisms may prevent sign-in or proper operation. Deleting Cookies, removing a shortcut or signing out does not cancel a subscription or delete information stored on the server.
