Refer-a-friend programme terms
Current service status: paid subscriptions, billing, trial activation, referral credits and Email/SMS delivery are not yet active. The provisions about them apply when those services are offered and activated; they do not authorise a purchase or charge. Your statutory rights remain protected.

1. Programme and operator
The programme is operated by יהלום זקס as part of TaharaSmart. It allows an account holder to refer a new user through a personal link and receive one month of use free of charge for a qualifying referral. These terms supplement the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
2. Qualifying referral
A qualifying referral requires a new user to join through the referral link, attribution to the referring account, and the first successful actual charge for the referred user's subscription. A click, registration, Google sign-in, trial start or addition of a payment method is insufficient.
Each new user can generate a benefit only once and for one referrer. Self-referrals, fictitious accounts, artificially splitting one account into multiple accounts, sham transactions and unauthorised use of another person's details are prohibited. Attribution disputes will be assessed using referral records and the parties' submissions without disclosing one party's personal information to the other.
3. Benefit
Each qualifying referral earns one month of use free of charge. Credit is not money, bears no interest, cannot be withdrawn, transferred or sold, and does not itself entitle the holder to a refund of a previous payment.
Lawfully earned credits have no accumulation cap or expiry date. A temporary subscription interruption does not erase the balance. Months will be credited to the account in a visible and verifiable manner.
4. Use with monthly or annual subscriptions
For a monthly subscription, a credit month provides a service period without an additional charge. For an annual subscription, credit extends access and postpones renewal; it does not provide a cash refund of the annual transaction. The next billing date will be shown after applying the benefit.
A period covered by a free month will not be charged. We will not renew a cancelled subscription merely to use credit or require an additional charge to recognise credit already earned. How the balance can be used on an inactive account will be shown before reactivation, including what happens after the free period ends.
5. Cancellation and remaining balance
When cancelling renewal with a remaining balance, you may choose to end at the close of the current period and retain credits for future use, or use the free months first and then end without a renewal charge. The date will follow the express choice.
Early termination or deletion will not be delayed to compel use of credits. Before account deletion, it will be explained that the balance cannot be used without an account, and the option to cancel only the subscription will be offered. This does not prevent deletion lawfully requested.
6. Refund of a qualifying transaction and misuse
If the first qualifying charge is cancelled, refunded or charged back, the credit it generated may be cancelled while unused. Such cancellation does not itself mean the referrer acted in bad faith, and used credit will not automatically result in a monetary charge to the referrer.
Where there are substantiated grounds to suspect misuse, the relevant credit award or use may be withheld, the matter investigated and fraudulently obtained benefits cancelled proportionately, with an opportunity to seek review. No action will remove lawfully acquired rights or permit access to another party's calendar content.
7. Privacy and distribution
Referrers see only balances and aggregate information, not the referred user's name, email, phone number, Google profile or halachic information. Where referrals are few, balance changes may still allow inferences; the programme must not be presented as guaranteeing complete anonymity from someone who knows about the referral.
You may share a personal link voluntarily. Do not send prohibited or mass messages, upload contact lists to us, claim to represent the website or conceal a potential referral benefit where disclosure is legally required. A straightforward disclosure is recommended: “This is my referral link; if you join and make a first payment, I will receive one month of use free of charge.” Receiving a link is not consent to advertising from the website.
8. Programme changes and enquiries
Future referral terms may change, or acceptance of new referrals may end, with appropriate notice. A change will not retrospectively revoke lawfully earned credit or convert an existing balance into expiring credit. If operations permanently cease, existing obligations will be addressed under the law, without a promise that the service will operate forever.
