Additional international service terms

1. Application and mandatory law

This addendum supplements TaharaSmart's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy A regional provision applies when that region's law applies to the user, processing or transaction Choosing Israeli law does not remove mandatory protections of the country of residence where the law grants them

2. European Economic Area — withdrawal from a distance contract

Where a right of withdrawal applies under European consumer law, you may cancel a distance service subscription within 14 days of concluding the contract without giving reasons Failure to provide required information about that right may extend the period according to law Starting a free trial does not itself eliminate a right arising from a paid contract

You may give withdrawal notice to yahalomdigitalsystems@gmail.com, using the wording in section 5 or another unequivocal statement and any available lawful method The suggested wording is not mandatory Where an online withdrawal function is legally required, it must be available separately from renewal cancellation, allow submission confirmation and provide confirmation in a form that can be retained Email contact does not remove that requirement

If you expressly requested that paid service begin before the withdrawal period ended and received the information required by law, the permitted proportionate amount for service provided up to the withdrawal notice may be charged Merely signing into an account is not an express request to waive rights, and starting an ongoing service is not itself full performance of the contract We will not automatically apply an exception for downloaded digital content to an ongoing subscription service

Any amount due will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice, subject to mandatory rules Refunds will use the same payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed, with no fee for the refund itself

3. United Kingdom

Where UK consumer law applies, we will honour the 14-day cancellation right for distance service contracts, information duties and rights to reasonable quality and skill Requests for service to begin before that period ends and proportionate payment on cancellation will be handled according to legal requirements, not a general waiver at registration

Rights arising from non-conformity, defects, incorrect charges or subscription renewal are not confined to the initial cancellation period Subscription arrangements, renewal notices and additional cancellation periods will be implemented insofar as they are binding on the contract under the law in force

4. Ending renewal and rights arising from non-conformity

In every region where mandatory law applies, confirming “Cancel automatic renewal” at the period's end is a choice to continue receiving service until that date, not a waiver of withdrawal, early termination or remedies for non-conformity

Where the law grants rights to conforming digital services, necessary updates, correction, price reduction or termination, those rights are preserved We will provide the updates and handling legally required throughout the relevant supply period A non-essential change materially impairing the service is subject to statutory notice and termination rights Renewal will not occur without consent or notice where required

No reason for withdrawal is required where the law does not require one Not knowing the transaction reference does not prevent a notice that can reasonably be identified

6. France

Consumers whose service transactions are governed by French law retain, among other things, withdrawal rights, online cancellation, disclosure and renewal protections, and the legal guarantee of conformity for digital services throughout the supply period You may request correction of non-conformity at no cost; when statutory conditions are met, price reduction or termination rights also apply This guarantee must not be presented as a commercial benefit replacing statutory rights

You may first contact customer service in writing at yahalomdigitalsystems@gmail.com This does not remove court access or impose mandatory arbitration Where French law requires consumer mediation, the operator must make it available and disclose the competent mediator’s details as required Customer service contact does not replace that right

Notices about automatic renewal and its cancellation will be delivered at the times and in the form required by French law A general website clause will not replace a required individual notice Wording and forms presented in the French service will be available in French

7. Privacy and regional rights

GDPR and UK GDPR rights, processing bases, international transfers and representative details appear in the Privacy Policy Sensitive information will be processed only where the required basis and condition exist, particularly express consent to operate the calendar where that is the condition relied upon

Different US provisions apply according to the state, information type and applicability conditions Consumer health data protected by Washington or Nevada law is subject to that state's dedicated policy Describing the product as non-medical does not remove health data protection where the law applies Mandatory rights in other states remain protected even without a separate addendum
